How do I book a Princess Birthday Party?

Please complete our “FORM-Insert here” with all of your party details. Once completed one of our friendly staff will be in touch within 24 hours to go over your booking information with you. After we confirm your information you will receive your contract & invoice for your deposit. Once we receive your deposit, your booking is confirmed and all you need to do is wait for the magical day your princess arrives! 

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your party date. Typically we recommend booking 4 – 6 weeks in advance to secure your first choice of character. We operate on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. 

Is there a limit to the amount of children my child can invite?

To ensure that the service we provide stays true our mission -which is to provide a magical and authentic character experience that is personal and believable for all. We want your guests to get the most out of their princess experience and we never want the performance to feel rushed. As such, we allow no more than 12 children for our one princess package. If you choose more than one princess, you may ad 6 more children per each additional princess. Additional children beyond this will cost $20.00 per child. * Some exceptions can be made. 

What locations do you cover?

Maryland, DC and Northern VA. Some locations may incur an extra travel charge. See pricing, terms and conditions form. 

Is there an age range for Parties?

Our parties are fun for all ages! Our princesses can do appearances at 1st birthday parties and surprise visits for fairytale loving adults! We will work with you to design a princess experience focused towards the age of your birthday princess and her royal guests! Most of our parties are for ages 3-10, but our princess will do their best to make sure that the guest of honor feels special on their big day, no matter their age!

Where can I host my party?

The location of your party is entirely up to you. We are open to attending/hosting your party at any venue you choose! In a community hall, at your home or outside (weather permitting.) If booking a character visit then our characters can even make an appearance at play centers, parks, cafes and restaurants but be sure to OK this with the venue owners first.

If you are planning to hold your child’s party in a hall but not sure where to look then we know many local halls and community venues so if you need some suggestions or any advice then we would be happy to help!

If you are wanting a summer garden party at your home then that’s something we can definitely provide! As long as there is a shaded area so our characters can stay cool in the summer weather then we can entertain your guests in an outdoor setting but please be sure to have a back up plan just in case of rain or adverse weather!

If you know of any problems within your area like traffic delays, roadworks, difficulties with parking or if your venue is particularly tricky to find then please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

I would like to host a Princess Party. Are boys welcome to attend? 

Yes! All children are welcome at our princess parties. All of our activities, dances and parade are suitable for both boys and girls and ensure that everybody feels included and has fun! No one is ever “out”. Our parties are FUN for all ages and genders.

When should my princess performer arrive?

We recommend booking your princess to arrive around 30-60 minutes after the start of your party, this helps ensure most of your royal guests have arrived and are ready to enjoy their time with our princess! 

What do I need to supply for my party?

We supply everything to entertain the birthday princess and all of her friends. We do recommend having the kids gathered together when the princess arrives, so she can get into the activities right away and make the most of her time there.

How many coronation crowns are included?

One per birthday child, per package. If you have more than one birthday child we recommend adding a second crown for $12. 

Can I make changes to my party package?

Absolutely and if you have a special request – just ask us. We are here to create the most magical experience possible. Simply give us a call and we can tailor a package to suit your specific party needs!

You are welcome to add characters and adjust your package up to 72 hours before your event. (Based on availability)

What party times do you have available?

We typically take bookings between 10:30am – 5:30pm on weekends and after school times during the week. During half terms and holidays we have weekday availability as well as weekends.

We do get booked up pretty quickly so please do get in touch as soon as possible to reserve your chosen date and time especially if wanting a timeslot close to lunchtime on weekends as this is our most requested time.

Do parents have to stay for the whole duration of the party?

Yes. Adult supervision is required. At least one parent/care giver must be present for the entire duration of your booking. Our characters are not babysitters or childcare providers. We are there solely as entertainment and we do not accept the responsibility for the actions and/or safety of any child present at an event.

Do you only do children’s Birthday Parties?

Absolutely not! Our characters are also available for all kinds of events as well! We can entertain at events, our characters can pose for photos at any event, We can provide visits or parties for pre-school, day care centers, schools, promotional work and charity events as well!
